All hardware is new unless otherwise stated.
Locks:
We offer 14 day money back guarantee. All items must be in brand new condition, have never been installed, all original packaging, packaged in same manner as it was when we shipped it out. That means you cannot return an item in your old shoe box and expect to receive credit for it. You must package the hardware the same way it was packaged when we sent it out - usually the item will be placed in a larger box with packaging material. We charge up to a 25% re-stocking fee on all returns.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. All returns must have an RMA # on the outside of the packaging box if not no credit will be issued.
To get an RMA please use the Contact Us page or simply reply to your order email.
Safes:
Safes are not returnable. We will replace any defective unit so please inspect your safe the moment it arrives to make sure their is no damage.
**If your safe is delivered by freight you must inspect it with the driver as witness to damage. The freight company will be responsible for damages so they need to see it before driving off **
Warranty:
The Safes and Locks we sell all come with a 100% manufacturers warranty and we will help our customers get satisfaction if a product fails within their time frame.
